Our Programs
My Aged Care Transport (CHSP)
We offer transport through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) which offers government-subsidised support services for older Australians to help them live independently at home.

If you are over 65 years old or an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander over 50 years old, you can start your journey with us today.
Step One
Register with My Aged Care by visiting www.myagedcare.gov.au or calling 1800 200 422#
Step Two:
Ask My Aged Care for a referral code for Community Transport
Step Three:
Contact our friendly Client Care Team who will assist you with your registration.
Step Four:
Make your booking and enjoy the ride!
NDIS Transport
If you have transport funding in your NDIS plan, we can help you get where you need to go, appointments, work, or social activities. We’ll work with you to ensure your travel supports your goals.
NDIS Transport
HOW TO REGISTER
If you have transport funding in your NDIS plan, registering for transport services with us is simple and designed to support your independence and goals.
Step One
Check Your NDIS Plan - Ensure your plan includes funding for transport supports. This may cover travel to work, appointments, or social activities.
Step Two:
Call 1300 646 444 to speak with a friendly team member who will:
- Discuss your travel needs
- Check your eligibility
- Help you register for the right transport service
Step Three:
Contact our friendly Client Care Team who will assist you with your registration.
Step Four:
Provide Your Details - Be ready to share your NDIS number, contact information, and any relevant support needs.
Step Five:
Start Using the Service -
Once registered, you can begin scheduling transport for your approved activities.
Transport Disadvantage Program
This service supports people who are ineligible for other funding and unable to use regular public transport due to age, disability, or location. Funded by Transport for NSW, it offers affordable transport for everyday needs, excluding work or education.
Health Related Transport (HRT)
Funded by NSW Health, this service helps eligible people access non-emergency medical appointments when regular transport isn’t an option.
